📦 1. Where’s My Package?
I ship every order within 48 hours and upload the tracking number for you.
You can check it anytime on the “My Orders” page of our website.
For recent orders, I’ve also included a tracking link: 👉 http://17track.net — super easy to track your plushies yourself!
🎁 2. Packaging Upgrades!
Depending on the plushie, I use different packaging methods: vacuum bags, foam pouches, waterproof bags, protective wraps, or boxes.
I’ll do my best to keep your cuties safe on their journey! 💖
But please understand: we don’t cover shipping damage caused during transit.
🚚 3. What If My Parcel Gets Lost?
✅ If it’s lost before arriving in the U.S. – I’ll give you a full refund and a 20% off coupon for your next order!
❌ If it’s lost after it enters the U.S. (handled by USPS) – I can’t refund, but I’ll provide all documents (order info, photos, etc.) to help you file a claim with USPS.
📦 4. Can I Get the Original Box?
Normally, we don’t include boxes with the plushies.
BUT if you really want the box, I’ll try to sneak it in — free of charge!
Just keep in mind: I can’t guarantee it every time.
🧐 5. What If I Think It’s a Fake?
I only ship plushies I’ve confirmed are authentic.
But hey, the market is wild, and I might occasionally get tricked too 😅
So please record an unboxing video! I’ll help you verify the item.
If it turns out to be fake: full refund, no questions asked.
(And you can keep the fake… or gift it to someone you don’t like 😜)
